ACCIONA has been recognized at the 2025 GRI Infra Awards Brazil, with three of its projects named finalists in the main categories. Presented by the GRI Institute, these awards honor infrastructure projects that demonstrate outstanding excellence and impact in sustainability and development.

The company is among the finalists in the Women, Atmosphere and Water categories, underscoring a comprehensive approach to environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria applied in Brazil.

Category Women

Initiatives aimed at gender equity, inclusion and the promotion of female leadership in a traditionally male-dominated sector. In 2024, ACCIONA won this category with the “ACCIONA por Elas” program and took third place with “Women Engineers: Gender Equity in the iXPA Program.”

Category Atmosphere

Projects focused on decarbonizing construction and reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions during project execution.

Category Water

Initiatives related to efficient water management, operational innovation, and solutions for water treatment and reuse in the context of infrastructure projects.

The GRI Infra Awards Brazil ceremony will take place on November 5 in São Paulo, where the winners in each category will be announced.
